Alisitos K-58 Campground

Perched on the beach-front cliffs at Kilometer 58, Alisitos is a panoramic campground with great surfing, awesome sunsets, and satisfactory bathroom facilities. Though the ground under your tent may be a little hard (bring a good sleeping pad), this is a great home base for surfing or beach-exploring on the Pacific coast of Baja. There are a few restaurants and shops nearby to stock up on food and supplies, and the camping prices are economical.

There is usually no need to book ahead since there are plenty of camping spaces. The staff is friendly and hands-off. English may or may not be spoken, depending on who is on duty. Day use and overnight camping rates available.

If you're interested in surfing at Alisitos, you can check out the surf conditions on Surf-Forecast.com. Rentals and lessons are available from the nearby Alisitos K58 Board Shop.
